Folks,

I added Sergey G. and Lingyun to the theory group in the text (Section
2) since they are already on the cover page.

Ran this by Jose before I added them and it was OK with him; see his
response below. He brings up the issue of asking them for permission,
but my judgment is that they will not object. Let me know if there are
other opinions.

Hi Mark,

yes I think it would be a good idea to add them if they agree.

Cheers,

Jose

Jose,

In the text of the pi0 polarizability proposal, you mention the following:

In general, the determination of the accuracy one can get for
$\alpha_\pi-\beta_\pi$
based on a more accurate measurement, like the one proposed here, is still
an issue being currently studied theoretically, with J.~L.~Goity,
A.~Aleksejevs and S.~Barkanova forming a group to take a lead on the
project.

I also noticed that the theorists listed on the cover page of the
proposal are:

J. Goity, Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, Newport News,
Virginia and Hampton University,
Hampton, Virginia
A. Aleksejevs, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Corner Brook, Canada
S. Barkanova, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Corner Brook, Canada
S. Gevorkyan, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna, Russia
L.-Y. Dai, Hunan University, Changsha, Hunan, China

So do you think we should add Sergey and Lingyun to the group mentioned
in the text?
