I alert you as the representative of the NPP proposal that the CB has identified a two-person committee to interaction with your group to review the proposal on behalf of the Collaboration.   The two people are Barry Ritchie and Joerg Reinhold.   I suggest contacting them to decide how you would prefer to work together on collecting/answering questions about the proposal.
