[Halld-npp] no NPP meeting tomorrow

Dear collaborators,

As decided this afternoon and no pressing issues, we will cancel the NPP meeting tomorrow.

Rory and Albert expect to arrive at the lab mid afternoon on Monday and will meet with Beni to get things going. On Tuesday morning we will meet at the lab at about 8:45 in order to take Albert over to the SCC building to get his badge.
