[Halld-offline] nightly build error

Trying to get the nightly builds going. Right now I am getting an error 
building bcal2nt (different from the one I previously reported on Fedora 
11) when trying to build on the ifarml3 machine, running Fedora 8. I 
think the problem is an incompatible versions of xerces-c being used by 
jana and halld. But I'm not sure about this one either.

the JLab farm.
