[Halld-offline] Grid HowTo wiki page

Hey all,

I've written up a Grid HowTo wiki entry 
"HOWTO_get_your_jobs_to_run_on_the_Grid" based on mine and Richard's 
experience getting my simulation jobs to run on the Gluex Grid. I've 
tried to make it step by step and have included sample scripts. I 
haven't done a fresh walk through to find any inconsistencies or bugs 
yet but most everything is there.
