[Halld-offline] turn on start counter in geant??

Craig,
To see what is in the hddm file, you don't need to run the analysis
code. Just use the command "hddm-xml <your_hddm_file> and the actual
data in the file will be displayed in plain text. If the data are in
the file but nothing is seen in the analysis, that is a clue.
