[Halld-offline] weekly b1pi analysis job

  Folks,

Based on David's HOWTO and a set of ROOT macros he provided, we are now 
running a weekly cron job that generates Monte Carlo b1pi events, 
reconstructs them, and plots some histograms of the results. The plots 
can be found under the directory https://halldweb1.jlab.org/b1pi/. Both 
PDF and PNG versions of the plots are created. The run uses the nightly 
build and is run on the three current standard Linux platforms at JLab: 
RHEL5 (32-bit), Fedora 8 (32-bit), and CentOS5 (64-bit).

It may be that we want to run this more than once a week. Twice? More?
