[Halld-offline] danahddm and Kalman error matrices

Hi Will,

     Thanks for bringing this up again. I had gotten as far as writing 
out both the tracking and full kinematic error matrices from the 
danahddm plugin, but then got distracted before updating the HDDM 
library to reconstitute the matrices while reading in from the file. I 
will have a look at that this weekend and will let you know when it's ready.
