[Halld-offline] change to makefile for hddm utilities

Folks,

I've "upgraded" the makefile in src/programs/Utilities/hddm to work 
properly for multiple builds on different platforms using the same 
source tree. The change comes in revision 5979. In particular the object 
modules and binaries are created in separate directories, by platform. 
The original makefile did not have this in mind. Up to now, our 
multi-platform builds at JLab have the binaries from the first platform 
built installed into the directories for each platform (not good).

The binaries affected are:

xml-hddm
hddm-xml
hddm-c
hddm-cpp
hddmcat

I have not gone back and corrected this mis-installation problem for old 
builds, but will do so upon request.
