[Halld-offline] HDParSim and tracking

Hi David,
I got the speed boost so that seems to work for me, but I'm not seeing
any photons from the FCAL. I thought it was my reconstruction code, but
I looked at the DPhotons and none are less than 10.5 degrees. I'll keep
checking to see if it's my code.
