[Halld-offline] [Halld-physics] Splitoff Material

Here is also the page describing the algorithm used in CLEO:

http://dustbunny.physics.indiana.edu/~mashephe/cleo/splitoff/

This was developed by my thesis advisor for doing "neutrino reconstruction." This page is a nice intro written by Tom Meyer (a fellow grad student of mine at the time). Some of it is obviously CLEO specific -- keep scrolling to the bottom to find some general notes about the algorithm. I copied this from a protected web page at Cornell so I don't think the links to references at the bottom will work. If anyone wants any of the longer documents, please let me know and I can fetch them.
