[Halld-offline] No photons from hdparsim

Hi Will,

    Can you give me a little more information. Specifically:

1.) Are you using hdparsim to produce the "reconstructed" DPhotons (i.e. 
using -PDEFTAG:DPhoton=HDParSim)
   or are you reconstructing the DPhotons and using HDParSim just for 
charged particles.

2.) Please send me your configuration file for genr8 and the exact 
commands you're using so I can try and reproduce the error.
