[Halld-offline] links for RHEL5, 64-bit

People,

I've made the links that Elliott suggested at Tuesday's meeting so that 
RedHat Enterprise Linux 5, 64-bit version will used the CentOS 5 files. 
This is only on the JLab CUE in the pre-built releases for now.

In particular, there are now links of the form:

   Linux_RHEL5-x86_64-gcc4.1.2 -> Linux_CentOS5-x86_64-gcc4.1.2

in the lib, bin and obj directories for src and for hddm.
