[Halld-offline] generator output format

Hi Mark,

    hdgeant reads hddm files as input. Some generators (including genr8) 
produce and ASCII file that can be converted into hddm using thr 
genr8_2_hddm utility.  Other generators (like bggen) can produce hddm 
files directly.
