[Halld-offline] HOWTO on saving tracking results to a file

Hi All,

    As I mentioned at the meeting last week, there are now a couple of 
options in the repository for writing tracking results out to a file 
that can be read back in with a DANA program. I have written a HOWTO on 
this that can be found here:

The system has not been tested extensively so if you run into any 
trouble, please let me know.
