[Halld-offline] new release of the geometry tagged: hdds-1.1

Folks,

There is a new tagged release of hdds, our geometry package, hdds-1.1. 
The release notes are attached. Find the list of tagged versions (there 
are only two so far) at 
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/software/wiki/index.php/HDDS_Tagged_Releases .

This is not the "production" version yet in that no tagged version of 
sim-recon has been built against it, but that will come soon.
