[Halld-offline] seg faults in mcsmear

Dave,
I used the setenv.pl found in /group/halld/Software/builds/sim-recon/sim-recon-2010-08-26/setenv.csh. For more details, you can see the total build tree and associated environment script in ~jonesrt/condortest/build_src.d on jlab cue.
