[Halld-offline] new offline meeting time?

  Dear Offliners,

It turns out that the current Tue. at 2 pm time for the Offline meeting 
is bad for some of us. And it's been a while since we asked about 
schedules. So if you are interested in attending the Offline meetings, 
please veto meeting times on the (standard) web form at:

I'll announce the results at the next offline meeting (Nov. 2, on the 
current schedule).
