[Halld-offline] Root version switch on CentOS5, 64-bit at JLab

  Folks,

The nightly build has been broken for the past week or so on CentOS5, 
64-bit at JLab. The version of ROOT that was being used had 
inadvertently got damaged. I've switched the scripts to use a different 
version, that in /apps/root/5.26-00-64bit/root. This is set by 
/group/halld/Software/scripts/build_scripts/cue_root.pl. If anyone 
notices odd behavior on this platform, please let me know.
