[Halld-offline] new version of websvn

Dear Offline Subversives,

I have installed a new version of the websvn package that we have been 
using to browse our subversion repository from the web. I've also 
changed the location so that the pages are served from halldweb1 rather 
than from clasweb. The new link is

   http://halldweb1.jlab.org/websvn/prod/

See http://www.websvn.info/ for a description of what this package does 
for us.

Right now only the Hall D repository is there, but other repositories 
can be added easily.

The link to the subversion web browser from the offline page

   http://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/software/wiki/index.php/Offline_Software

has been updated. The link is called "Browse the subversion code 
repository". Since the old page still works it is retained on the page 
as the "legacy version".

This upgrade was from a version from about three years ago, version 
2.0rc4, to the latest release, version 2.3.2.
