[Halld-offline] Restructuring of Physics Results Classes

I've restructured the classes containing the top-level physics output of the reconstruction code, and checked the changes into svn.  

Details will be discussed during the offline meeting today, and can be found at:

This change breaks some of the current programs, so they still need to be updated (hdview2, danaevio, some plugins, etc.).
