[Halld-offline] New tagged software versions

Hi Folks,

     I have tagged a new release of the Hall-D software. This includes a 
corresponding tag of the calibration tree and a new tag of the geometry 
(hdds-1.2). The relevant URLS are:

This has been built in the usual place 
(/group/halld/Software/builds/sim-recon) for both RedHat 5.6 (32-bit) 
and CentOS 5.3 (64-bit).
