[Halld-offline] nightly builds running again

Offline folks,

The nightly builds of the offline software is running again now. See 
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/software/wiki/index.php/Nightly_Builds_of_GlueX_Software 
for a description of the scheme.

One funny twist, right now the scratch disk on the ifarm is local, so 
the build for the two nodes are being done on different disks. I am 
trying to get the computer center to fix this.
