[Halld-offline] revised mc-dst contents

Colleagues,

Based on today's discussion, I have revised the list of contents for the mc-dst I will be generating, and uploaded the revised spreadsheet to docdb.  As an extra comment, I will be inserting two lists of neutrals, one based on bcal showers and the other on fcal showers, using a disjoint set of id's between the two lists.  The contents of objects in the two lists will be the same, but the meanings of the correlation elements will be specific to the type.
