[Halld-offline] High memory usage in hd_ana

I have experienced a very similar memory leak problem using an older hddm file (produced with an earlier version of the code) with the most recent reconstruction software(I updated yesterday); after a few thousand events are processed, there is a sudden surge in memory usage, bringing down my machine if the job is not killed promptly. Today I redid the simulation and did not get a memory leak when reconstructing events using the new hddm file.

Nathan
