[Halld-offline] Hall-D Computing plan and storage of simulated data.

Hi All,

     Yes, I just spoke with Mark and we both agree the grid 
infrastructure should be in the computing plan.

     I believe Mark and Simon have been working on some new numbers for 
the SpecInt requirements that
will replace those old ones. I assume we'll hear about that at the next 
offline meeting (... right guys?).
