Will,

Please set up a web folder that contains everything needed to reproduce the problem (setup script, executable, control.in, input file, and output logs). I just released a couple of significant fixes today, but I have not seen anything I would call a "crash" since I repaired the problems with the compiler switches. I was getting segfaults until I got the right combination of compiler switches for my target machine. Is that what you are seeing?
