[Halld-offline] NaN in reconstruction

Hi,
In light of the discussion at today's meeting, available at
http://www-meg.phys.cmu.edu/wilevine/nan.hddm is a sample of events
with tracks/photons reconstructed with NaN momentum. Also observable
are negative values of chisq/ndof. The options
-PFDC:MAX_ALLOWED_FDC_HITS=10000 -PTRKFIND:MAX_ALLOWED_CDC_HITS=4000
are needed to get reconstruction working properly at the moment.
