[Halld-offline] tagged versions of sim-recon, calib

Folks,

At David's request, I just tagged a version of both the sim-recon tree 
and the calib tree. The URL's are

   https://halldsvn.jlab.org/repos/tags/sim-recon-2011-06-02
   https://halldsvn.jlab.org/repos/tags/calib-2011-06-02

The sim-recon version has not been built as a release yet, but of course 
is still good as a reference to a standard version of the code.
