[Halld-offline] CCDB Beta Release

Hi,

I'm glad to announce the Beta Release of the CCDB package.
Beta tag is available here:
https://phys12svn.jlab.org/repos/tags/ccdb_0.02

HOW TO USE:
1. Follow install.linux.txt instruction to setup CCDB for a local mysql server
2. Follow janaccdb\README.txt instruction to run HallD software using CCDB

Feel free to checkout main development version at:
https://phys12svn.jlab.org/repos/trunk/ccdb
(It is not guaranteed for the trunk version to compile)
