[Halld-offline] Offline meeting, Wed. Sep. 7

Hi all,

Let's go ahead and have the meeting this afternoon.  I've put an agenda here:

Of particular importance is to discuss/organize/prioritize the list of software items.  For example, we may want to group these into broad categories like tracking, calorimetry, and PID. 

We should also discuss whether or not we want to organize a software work day in conjunction with the collaboration meeting.  I think we need to make a decision now if we want to do this so that we can plan travel, but we should only do it if we feel it would be productive to bring people together.
