[Halld-offline] more warnings from nightly builds next time

Folks,

I found an overly-restrictive part of the log-file filter that is used 
to generate emails for the nightly builds. Recall that these are sent 
out on Monday and Thursday if anything is found. There were actually a 
significant number of warnings in the builds that had not been getting 
reported. Many of you have noticed these for years now. The next report 
(on Thursday) will be a bit more voluminous.
