[Halld-offline] Tomorrow's Physics Meeting: Reaction Analysis Software System

I will be presenting a software system for analyzing physics reactions in GlueX at tomorrow's bi-weekly physics meeting (at 11:30am ET).  While the summary is short, I've included some short code snippets to outline how the software system works more concretely (e.g. class members, setup of an example analysis). This isn't intended to be a complete reference, as I intentionally left out a fair number of details so as not to bog down the meeting.  This system isn't final and I'm open to suggestions on improvements, but I think it's a pretty good start.
