[Halld-offline] hdgeant still broken on 64-bit OS X systems?

Sandy can act as an "agent" and as such can approve applications for
certificates. She has to renew that role annually with OSG and has been
doing so. She tells me that the "sponsor" is the person who vouches for
the new certificate applicant. She also tells me that the local policy
is that the applicant must be entered into JList (if you have a computer
account at JLab, you are on JList).
