[Halld-offline] Red Hat Enterprise 6 added to nightly build

Folks,

We are now doing nightly builds on roentgen.jlab.org, a RedHat 
Enterprise Linux 6, 64-bit machine. Some of us have desktop machines at 
the lab that use this OS, so pre-built releases will now be available on 
this platform.

The full set of platforms is now:

  * jlabl3.jlab.org (RedHat Enterprise Linux 5, i686)
  * ifarm1102.jlab.org (CentOS 5, x86_64)
  * roentgen.jlab.org (RedHat Enterprise Linux 6, x86_64)
