Folks,
Our regularly scheduled offline meeting this week is in conflict with
the Open House for Hall D (open hall?). As a result I think we should
skip this week's meeting.
There were two significant items that we were supposed to discuss on
Wednesday: the memory explosion bug and preparations for the Offline
Review in June.
The memory bug was discussed extensively on Friday in the Physics
Meeting and Richard summarized his findings in his Google Doc. The
issues are not resolved yet, but we should be able to stand not
discussing it Wednesday.
On review preparation, David and I will try to put together a wiki page
collecting thoughts and questions on how to prepare. Some of you
mentioned a few ideas about this at a Physics Meeting in December. Also,
I would encourage folks to review Eugene's email from last week,
http://dustbunny.physics.indiana.edu/mailman/private/gluex/2012-January/003185.html
especially the Word document attached to that message, and pass comments
back to Eugene, David, or I, or comment on this email list.
If folks feel that we really do need to meet this week, I feel certain
that they will not hesitate to let me know.
