Hi Hall-D Software Entusiasts,

   I have "instantiated" a wiki page for the Software Review currently being
planned for early summer. You can find it at the link below. It is linked
under the "Miscellaneous" section of the Offline Software page on the wiki.
It is pretty sparse at the moment, but gathers what information does exist.

   We will be discussing this at some level at the offline meetings from now
until the review. If you have any comments you'd like to send to Matt, Mark,
or myself that are better communicated outside of the meeting, please do so.
