GlueX Offline Meeting, May 30, 2012
Minutes

    Present:
      * CMU: Curtis Meyer
      * IU: Ryan Mitchell, Matt Shepherd
      * JLab: Mark Ito (chair), David Lawrence, Elliott Wolin, Beni
        Zihlmann

Software Review Preparations

      * A draft of the [24]written document to be sent to the committee has
        been posted on the DocDB.
      * An [25]Indico site has been set up for the review. You can find the
        agenda, charge, talks, etc. there.

Raw Data Format for Simulated Data

    This has been on the work plan for some time. It will be needed for
    next year's data challenge. Elliott will check with David Abbott for
    some software he promised us. Otherwise we have everything we need.

Level 3

    Elliott reminded us that we need to get started developing and studying
    level 3 algorithms. This would be a good project for a new group.
    Zisis[?] has been talking to a group from Thessaloniki, Greece that has
    expressed interest in working on level 3.

Dry Run for Software Review

    Mark ran through [26]his talk. Comments and suggestions were collected
    and will be incorporated.
