[Halld-offline] decay particles

Hi All and Nathan in particular,
I added some code in HDGeant that keeps track of decay verteces.
If a particle decays in flight (but not in BCAL or FCAL) this decay vertex
will be stored as well as the corresponding daughter particles.
No change to the data model was necessary! Look with hddm-xml at the
data and search for "vertex", DecayVertex>0 means this is a vertex separated
from the primary vertex caused by a decaying particle. The decay products
also have their parent particle type associated with them.
