[Halld-offline] Bug (in hdgeant?) in how DMCThrown's are setup

Hi Paul,

the problem is in gustep.F
Somebody commented out the code that puts the secondary particles back 
on the stack by
adding "#if 0" on line 439 and  "#endif" on line 450 thereby taking out 
the crucial code.
I do not know/recall why this was done though.

if you remove these two lines you should get what you need.

> I've encountered a problem with how particles that are decayed in hdgeant point to their parent particles.  I generated a K0 and let hdgeant decay it, but if the resulting pions also decay then their decay products (e.g. muons, gammas, etc.) do not accurately indicate what the parent particle is.  They show that the parent particle is the K0 rather than one of the pions.  Could someone more familiar with hdgeant (and how it's outputted to hddm) please fix this?  Thanks!
