[Halld-offline] Build error in HDGeant

Will,

Thank you for this report.  I had entered some changes to avoid a collision in global symbol names between hdds and a c function found in calibDB.cc but I did so incompletely and broke the build of hdgeant.  This should now be fixed.

Please note: you need to update hdds and sim-recon at the same time because it was at that interface that the collision was occurring.
