[Halld-offline] no data challenge meeting today

Folks,

I will not be in this afternoon. I propose that we cancel today's data 
challenge meeting.

One update: I started another 1000 job mini-challenge, this one 
producing REST output files. As input data, I am using the same bggen 
data set used in the previous mini-challenge. Progress so far:
