[Halld-offline] Changes to FDC geometry in hdds

Hello Simon et.al.,

Mark did not include the hdds geometry in the frozen branch of the offline
repository that he gave me to work with. This means that I am working with
the trunk for hdds, and that is great because MANY changes to hdds were
required to get things going with geant4. The changes you checked in, of
course, break all that. I have not had a chance to look into how bad the
situation is now, with your checked in changes. There are a couple of
options that I see.

   1. You could roll back those changes and wait until I release hdgeant4,
then work on fixing the overlaps and check them back in again. This might
be the least labor-intensive for all involved, but it would delay the
   benefits of your recent work.
   2. I could go back to the geometry again, and restart the process of
fixing the overlaps in the fdc in the trunk hdds.

I have been following -- with some puzzlement, but anyway -- the
developments of hdgeant over the past couple of weeks. (Why would one ever
ever want Geant to decay a primary rho meson?!? or even an omega? or a
phi? makes no sense, from a quantum mechanical perspective.) Those should
be mostly non-colliding updates, with respect to my own pending geant3
changes, so the merging task should not be difficult in that case.
