[Halld-offline] reconstructing an evio file

Mark,

Glad to hear it!  I think they are ignorable for now, since the final
shower multiplicities & energies are generally not changed.

It's on my list of things to figure out, but someone more familiar with the
FCAL clusterization code might have an easier time getting to the bottom of
this...
