[Halld-offline] Removal of trunk/calib

Hi Folks,

  Just a heads up that I have removed the contents of the trunk/calib directory from
svn. This directory held a set of flat files that served as an early placeholder for the
calibration database. The CCDB has been our definitive source for some time and
the calib directory has not been kept in alignment. I have left a README file in
case anyone stumbles across that directory (due to old documentation somewhere).
