[Halld-offline] JANA 0.7.0 + 1350A B-field map

Dear Hall-D Offliners,

  I have just committed to the repository a change that now makes JANA 0.7.0  a requirement for building sim-recon. This implements the use of the new resources facility in JANA for the magnetic field map. You may want to set the JANA_RESOURCE_DIR environment variable to point to the local directory where the resource files should be stored.

  Also with this change, the default B-field map is changed to the new +1350A map. Recall that the default up to now has been the -1500A field.

  If anyone runs into any issues with the new sim-recon trunk, please let me know.
