[Halld-offline] Error Building sim-recon-2014-06-30

When trying to build sim-recon-2014-06-30 on RHEL5 with make, I get the following error: 

DBCALHit_factory.cc:16:36: error: DAQ/Df250PulseIntegral.h: No such file or directory

Where can I find this file?  Is it in online?  Is sim-recon dependent on the online trunk now?
