[Halld-offline] python version reverted to 2.6 on gluons

Hi All,

  Just a heads up that I had to revert the python version used on hdops account on the gluons
back to the system-installed 2.6. The 2.7 version did not have pygtk support (needed for hdmongui.py)
and was causing other DAQ-related problems. If you need to run the ccdb program there,
then you will likely need to put /gapps/python/2.7.6/bin in your path (as well as the corresponding
LD_LIBRARY_PATH).

NOTE: I noticed on the desktops in the control room that the PATH still contains the 2.7 version
when starting a new terminal. This because it is inheriting the environment from the gnome session.
I logged out and back in on gluon01 and that fixed it, but other desktops have been in continuous use
so may not reflect this change.
