[Halld-offline] nightly build location has moved

Folks,

I have moved the disk location of the nightly builds at JLab from 
/group/halld/Software/nightly to /u/scratch/gluex/nightly . We got close 
to running out of space on the group disk, thus the change. I have 
update the wiki page at

https://halldweb1.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Nightly_Builds_of_GlueX_Software

to reflect the current situation.
