For the commissioning run, we are using the special "commissioning" branches of sim-recon and hdds. You must use these branches when analyzing data and for doing calibrations and reconstruction. The paths to these branches are:
hdds:
https://halldsvn.jlab.org/repos/branches/hdds-commissioning/
sim-recon:
https://halldsvn.jlab.org/repos/branches/sim-recon-commissioning/
For everything to work, they should be used with the latest versions of CCDB (1.03), JANA (0.72), EVIO (4.3.1), and of course the calibration constants. Simon is managing the branches, making sure that any changes that we commit there will get ported back to the trunk where appropriate.
Also, we are maintaining an official build of the commissioning software for doing simulations and offline monitoring, located on the jlab computing nodes. It is accessible through (e.g.) ifarm1102, and you can use the software as well by sourcing the environment file with:
source /home/gluex/setup_jlab_commissioning.csh
Mark and Sean have been generating a lot of simulation data with this software, the locations of which can be found (along with some usage instructions) at:
